The 12th annual 1p36 Deletion Support & Awareness Conference will be held in Space City Houston, TX Thursday July 26th – Saturday July 28th 2018 at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake. The 1p36 DSA annual conference is a wonderful opportunity to meet other 1p36 families and the 1p36 community as well as learn more about the syndrome and other topics of interest. We promise a fun weekend of information and outings, learning, and love. Even though many resources today can be accessed online, nothing can replace the experience of meeting face-to-face with experts and spending time developing lasting relationships with other parents, attendees and all of us at 1p36 DSA.

The group rate for the hotel is $99.00 per night (plus tax) The group rate is available between July 23rd-31st. The Hilton Clear Lake is Houston’s only water front hotel and it provides impressive lake view rooms and suites combined with world class amenities and services. It is located very close to the Nasa Space Center, Kemah Board Walk which offers many dining options, games, rides, and an aquarium and the Lonestar flight Museum. The hotel is also approximately 25 minutes from Houston’s Museum district to the NW and in the other direction historic Galveston Beach which is home to Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is about an hour drive to the hotel and Houston Hobby (HOU) is just 20 minutes away.

Registration rates for the conference are $70 for attendees 12 and older and $50 for attendees age 2-11. Attendees aged 0-1 are free and as always any individuals with 1p36 Deletion Syndrome are free.

• Conference attendance and materials
• Thursday evening Dinner reception
• Lunch for attendees age 2 and up on Friday and Saturday
• Breakfast for attendees 2 and up Friday and Saturday
• Conference T-shirt for attendees 2 and up (all attendees with 1p36 DS will receive a shirt regardless of age)
